A former competitive sprinter who turns conditioning into a craft. Sara’s HIIT classes are the most-booked on the timetable — relentless, smart, and somehow always fun.

Mobility & Rehab

Movement specialist with a background in physiotherapy. Yousef keeps members healthy, ironing out old injuries so you can train hard for decades — not just this month.
