What each class is really like

Strength & Power · 60 min
A focused barbell session built around one big lift, then accessory work to bulletproof it. Coaches set your loads from a quick warm-up — you leave knowing exactly what to add next week. Great for beginners who want to learn the lifts properly and lifters chasing real numbers.
HIIT & Conditioning · 45 min
Stations, intervals and a finisher that everyone remembers. Sleds, rowers, kettlebells and the assault bike, programmed so the intensity is on you, not the clock. Every movement scales — go as hard as your day allows.


Ride & Burn & Mobility
Ride & Burn is a 45-minute beat-led cycle in the blacked-out studio — huge cardio, kind on the joints. Mobility (40 min) is the antidote: guided flow, stretching and breath-work so you recover faster and move better under the bar.
